Remove web view tracking documentation and unchecked tracking

As a developer integrating SRG Analytics I want to be able to integrate web view content in a way that best matches the needs of my product. As an SRG Analytics developer I want to keep analytics integration as simple as possible, without unnecessary constraints.

Hints

With comScore page view removal there is no issue with double measurements anymore. We can therefore remove the associated documentation once we are sure that comScore page views will not be rollbacked.

Acceptance criteria

• The web view tracking documentation has been removed.
• Unchecked tracking has been removed (this change is breaking and maybe would do more harm than good, though).

Tasks

• Remove aforementioned documentation.
• Remove ghost start documentation.
• Update GitHub wiki documentation if needed.
• If it makes sense, remove unchecked tracking methods and associated documentation from getting started guide.
