Pain

Update the carousel component on the home page of the SSW Website to support click and drag functionality, similar to the carousel on the consulting page.

Acceptance Criteria

1. The carousel on the home page should allow users to click and drag to navigate between slides.
2. The functionality should be consistent with the carousel on the consulting page.
3. The update should not affect the existing functionality of the carousel.
