duplicate menu [bug] #122

Not really sure if I can do anything about it. It's a problem with AdvancedInstaller itself since it seems like it installs both the sparse package containing the menu entry for Windows 11's new context menu and, at the same time, it still adds the old registry entry for the legacy context menu (so now there are two entries on Windows 11). |
I have contacted AdvancedInstaller support. Apparently, it is a bug, and it will be fixed in the next update. |

I had the same issue on Windows 10 and I had to dig deep to find the registry key that's apparently causing the issue and changed its String value to fix it but hopefully someone here has a better way to solve it cause this might cause other issues with the app. I have no idea really. So when I saw the dll file's name I suspected that this was causing the issues so I changed DllPath's value data to 0 and it removed the duplicate option in the context menu. |
