Installer FAILED to finish properly; The script is NOT running in the correct directory

I did everything according to the instructions: I unpacked the contents of the archive into the ComfyUI_windows_portable folder. Folder contents:

     	README_VERY_IMPORTANT.txt

I turned off ComfyUI and ran the script. And despite the fact that I did everything correctly, I received errors:
The script is NOT running in the correct directory
and
Installer FAILED to finish properly
