Create a panel to make change in design rules!

Currently design rules are pre defined
If you make a panel where people can defile new set of design rules and save them (like what we have in pcb design softwares) it will make siepic a generic package that can be used with all fab setups

The idea is that each technology / fabrication process has its own set of rules. So a different PDK needs to be used for each process. You can use the SiEPIC-EBeam-PDK as a template, and copy it / modify it to make it work for your purpose.
