Rename the forgot_password plugin as the “auth” plugin #43

This is a suggestion to rename the forgot_password plugin, which has grown to include features other than just sending forgot password email.

I am inclined to rename it as “auth” and this seems to go well with “chat”, another top tier plugin.

There is no rush in doing this, of course, the plugin is working as is. Just want to file an issue to keep this open 😀
