Feature Request - allow supplying responses to questions via .txt file

The Tweaks-Anthology supports providing responses to questions via variables defined in a text file: https://github.com/Gibberlings3/Tweaks-Anthology/blob/master/cdtweaks/cdtweaks.disabled.txt

It would be great if we could do the same for the 2 questions regd travel time and map size.

@peterhoeg Hi, this idea is years old but I never found time to analyze the potential consequences of such change or figure out a way to make it without breaking old, unmaintained mods. Who knows, maybe this time ...

EDIT: To be precise, the idea was to simply make every combination a separate subcomponent, as the config file for 4 choices is redundant and it's adding unnecessary complexity.
