Rare loot bag item gives emerald sword from Cyclic instead of Actually Addons.

Bug Report

Currently the rare loot bag gives an emerald sword from Cyclic instead of Actually Addons, where the Actually Addons variant of the item is much more useful. The cyclic item doesn't even have an integration with Not Enough Items.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Open rare loot bags until getting the emerald sword
2. See that the item is from Cyclic not Actually Addons
