[Feature Request] Resume button on chapter should open the earliest unread chapter

What feature should be added to Suwayomi?

Pressing the resume button should open the first unread chapter, which is what tachiyomi does, instead of the chapter after the latest read chapter.

Why/Project's Benefit/Existing Problem

Sometimes scanlaters update the library with tankoubon xx.5 chapters containing bonus material, and this usually gets released much later than the original chapters, after you've read far ahead of that chapter. Skipping to the chapter after the latest read chapter makes it harder to discover these newly updated chapters that get placed lower down.
