Verify that batch export formats are functional

While investigating #60, it was discovered that there were issues with some export formats (at least DSpaceMets and ProQuest).

It's possible that these issues were just a result of the prod assets not being present on the development deployment, but once we have a full deployment to test against, the exports should be tested again.
