Recreate the d3 graph layout in Scholars

As a developer,
I want the layout and design of the new 'Temporal Graph' to match the existing graph,
So that users are familiar with the interface and presentation.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The new graph should use the same layout and design as the existing graph (e.g., labels, axes, line thickness).
• Ensure that all visual elements, such as fonts, colors, and spacing, are consistent with the current graph.
• Verify that the graph looks the same on pages where it is embedded.
