asterisksounds.org is no longer functional

Just a heads up that asterisksounds.org stopped functioning around January 2024 and the domain has since expired. If you try to add a language into the "Additional sounds language to download" field in the configuration, it will fail during startup. Since it doesn't appear to be a temporary outage, I'd recommend removing that field from the configuration.

I didn't see any issues raised about this, apologies if it's old news. Thank you for the awesome work on this addon!
