Virtual cells with the new createColumnHelper and empty accessors

Right now It looks like the way to do it is

const builder = createColumnHelper<MyType>();

const columns = [
    builder.accessor('name', {
        header => 'Player',
    }),
    builder.accessor(row => row, {
        id: 'actions',
        cell: () => <div>Some Actions</div>
    })
];

It would be cool if we could get virtual added which would be for columns that aren't tied to any specific data
and would use the first parameter passed as the id I.e.

const builder = createColumnHelper<MyType>();

const columns = [
    builder.accessor('name', {
        header => 'Player',
    }),
    builder.virtual('actions', {
        cell: () => <div>Some Actions</div>
    })
];

As a secondary note, right now we must pass an object for the column, however sometimes it's not required E.g.

builder.accessor('age', {})

Could we make this optional?
