focus_point 更新设定（包括 activated 调整）后，需要重启程序才会生效。 目前测试是只能kill掉，有时候kill 1次还没效果。

目前是这样的，pb 部分无需重启，主程序是需要的

好的，目前测试是，如果不整个kill掉8090端口，再次运行run_task.sh，新的point无效。

这不应该吧……8090只是 pb数据库啊，理论上只需要主程序重启即可，你可以描述得更详细些吗

v0.3.7 已经无需重启
