Would it be possible to manage automatically some accentuation cases (é, è, à ü, ö, ù ...) instead of having to use &...; html sequences ? (maybe it is not standard for .md, but would be very convenient :)) http://www.thesauruslex.com/typo/eng/enghtml.htm
