Generalize Missions

Currently, there exists a Container component for each mission. Ideally, these could be generalized to use mission specific data in the Postgres DB or S3. At the very least, there should be a single component to handle the audio for each mission, loading in the correct stories for each mission (in the same way that the correct moments are loaded for each story). This will involve changing the API, DB, and the website itself.
