I put the dll and lib file in root/libs and it dosen't work but it works when I put these lib in root.

My error is note: LINK : fatal error LNK1181: cannot open input file 'sndfile.lib'.
And I have followed https://github.com/libsndfile/libsndfile build from libsndfile's source code.
