Would be nice to see on the website when a restaurant is going to be scraped again.
Format the column last scraped (no need to see milliseconds ;) ). The timezone is also off by an hour.
Disable the scrape button is a restaurant is being scraped at that moment (useful for manual scrapes) (also serves as an indication that it's being scraped)
