only WASM/WASI tbd, and only because Kotest doesn't support it. rearranging sourcesets and deps should be enough to get it to build, but then it will be completely, utterly untested

WASI is at the very least blocked by kotlinx-datetime not being published for WASI. 0.7 should take care of this, then we can re-evaluate here
