Wishlist: New option for renderAbc that avoids "Open Strings" if possible

It would be nice to have the option, to make the tablature avoid open strings if possible.
So for a bass guitar tablature it would still render a '0' on the open low E string if needed, but otherwise would avoid the '0' for the other strings.
