Ads injected inside video

So pre-roll / mid-roll ads or hard SSAI.

Maybe possible fix by json-prune / block request or redirect into empty mp4 neutral file / by use queryprune or removeparam (SSAI).

Sometimes SSAI need use AdGuard replace (or uBo implementation about replace).
