@leeleavitt this was a rather old repo and hasn't been built for a while -- what trouble are you having.

Hello,
I have the same issue. I have R version 3.3.2.
When I want to make the package available, I get this error message

library(CellProfileR)
Error: package ‘CellProfileR’ was built before R 3.0.0: please re-install it

see added README.. I'm yet to refactor this code and I'm not sure when I'll get to it
But this was continued by a colleague in the shape of HipDynamics project
