Plugin not visible after install & restart Octoprint

Thanks for the plugin.
I had to reboot my octopi for the plugin to appear in the plugin list. Other plugins worked after reboot of the octoprint interface.

I had to restart the octoprint instance an additional time for it to be picked up as well.

I have no idea what could be causing this. The plugin itself starts fine, but the new settings panel will not appear until OctoPrint restarts. At least according to the documentation for the TemplatePlugin mixin, a reload should be enough.

It's possible this is an OctoPrint bug. What version of OctoPrint are you running, @hieronymousch and @derekpurdy ?

In the meantime, I've added the RestartNeedingPlugin mixin to suggest an OctoPrint restart when the plugin is enabled or disabled.

1.4.2 (latest) this is the only plugin I've seen with this issue. Very strange.

I have the same issue.

Looks like depending on the OctoPi version.
On my first OctoPi, i got the following versions:

• OctoPrint 1.6.1
• Python 3.7.3
• OctoPi 0.17.0
  Plugin is working.

On the second ich got following:

• OctoPrint 1.6.1
• Python 3.7.3
• OctoPi 0.18.0
• Plugin won't show up, even after restart of the UI or the whole system.
