We should probably delete the relevant cached engines when an ImplementationGuide is installed, updated/modified or uninstalled in the server. Otherwise, it could lead to weird situations, where an uninstalled IG is still available, or a modified IG has still its previous version installed.

In onlyOneEngine mode, the cached engine should always be updated?
