When open telegam app , it takes too long time wait for connecting to the proxy #286

My problem is that when open the APP, it takes a lots of time to wait for connecting the proxy. I found that #169 seems to solve this problem without affecting the speed. So I'm wondering if anyone has the same problem as me? Or it has a better solution, thank you!

Also please retry with the latest version because the delays may be fixed by 88c8c57
