LightningFlowCompinents - NavigateEverywhere - Does not refresh the current record

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1 Create a flow that takes recordId and navigate to - Record, view, RecordId, Object Name
2 create a button on the record page to run the flow

Expected behaviour

The current record page will be reloaded/refreshed

Actual behaviour

navigating to the existing record seems to not refresh in production - however this works in sandboxes
