⋯ -> Settings -> MP3 bitrate - drop down menu: 32-320 kbps, and for other formats if added, such as:
Ogg bitrate: 32-450 kbps; FLAC bit depth: 16, 24 + FLAC compression: 0-8; WAV bit depth: 16, 24, 32.
