One particularly uneasy example of this issue is "Up" the Disney movie from 2009.
I think the year does not seem to be taken into account in the metadata. So, for "Up (2009)" ... which is a kid's movie, some german movie artwork called "Sex up- ..." something shows up, which was a bit shocking for kids.
I believe it's related to not taking the year, if present, into consideration for the artwork lookup.
