As you requested @shivaram I'm filing a bug for you to fix in the unweighted least squares where it's missing a 1/NTrain

shivaram changed the title ~~Fix 1/nTrain in unweighted least squares~~ Normal Equations should scale At.A and At.B by 1/nTrain
