With last version of esbuild this package ends with conflicts on installs

Same here, I'm on esbuild 0.19.x and this package has a dependency on 0.14.x

This week I'll have time to property fix this repo so that it can take PRs and allow for faster updates.
It is currently very manual and I should get semver, changelog, etc in place.

I've been using the @nx/esbuild so I haven't been keeping this up to date very well. Sorry

I've just seen esbuild is actually in version 0.20.0
