ServiceNow ITOM Discovery Replacement with Ansible (AWX)

Hello,

Our company decided not to renew ITOM licenses in service-now but still want to leverage CMDB. so, we are trying to understand can we replace ITOM with Ansible using AWX. I see there are lots of CMDB related tables in ServiceNow so now the question is where/how to start importing data into CMDB tables using Ansible and its mapping. Not quite sure if this is realstic approach.

We have Virtual machines, Network Devices, Applications scattered across Azure, VMware, Nutanix, AWS.....currently part of ITOM discovery.

Please help me to point to right documentations and any specific examples will be really helpful.
