Does the import and module order matter ?

Hey all,

I was trying to play around with pkl to get a hang out of it while i was creating the configuration in golang

default.pkl

@go.Package { name = "dev.machanirobotics/engine/pkl/config" }
module dev.randomness.engine.pkl.config.default
import "package://pkg.pkl-lang.org/pkl-go/[email protected]#/go.pkl"
import "models/Application.pkl"

// Default application configuration
default:Application = new {
    name = "service1"
    version = "1.0.0"
    description = "service1 is a simple RPC framework for building microservices"
    serverConfiguration {
        host = "localhost"
        port = 8080
        enableReflection = true
    }
    logging = "Test"
}

I couldn't understand, if i place the import on top pkl throws an error

Shouldn't the order be like this,

module dev.randomness.engine.pkl.config.default

import "package://pkg.pkl-lang.org/pkl-go/[email protected]#/go.pkl"
import "models/Application.pkl"

@go.Package { name = "dev.machanirobotics/engine/pkl/config" }

The syntax for module dev.randomness.engine.pkl.config.default looks correct. The error message is telling you that there's something wrong with module dev.machanirobotics.engine.pkl.config.default, which is a different module. What does that one look like?
