不能重复提交同一个文件 #33

如果第一次选中了文件a.jpg，等上传完成后如果再想重新上传a.jpg文件，此时继续选择该文件的话，不会触发onchang事件，该如何破？？？

上传成功后会调用 refreshInput 函数以便下次可以上传同一文件的。https://github.com/aralejs/upload/blob/master/index.js#L221

是否没有绑定 success 函数？
