The current implementation uses a static list of NTP servers:

nina-fw/arduino/libraries/WiFi/src/WiFi.cpp

Line 684 in 63823f9

sntp_setservername(0, (char*)"0.pool.ntp.org");

Allow the user to specify its own NTP servers.
