Profile editing filters

Currently, when editing permissions for single or multiple scenes for staff users, the profile view can be long and hard to manage. Some things that will help:

• Filter scene lists by namespace similar to the way the Scene Builder page does.
• Provide a way to full column edit checkboxes for all scenes in the list at once.
