Hera V5 is officially out!

V5 is a state that Hera aimed to be in for a while now - full feature parity with Argo Workflows and Events! 🚀 V5 represents a culmination of changes that set Hera on a much better future path - with feature parity, Hera can now focus on even more features that help users have an easy time accessing and building platforms using Argo Workflows via Python! With this release, the project aims to stay on V5 for the foreseeable future and slow down its release cycle.

Special thanks to @elliotgunton 🎖️ and @samj1912 🎖️ who played a pivotal role in shaping the direction of V5 and Hera overall, contributed immensely to the V5 effort, have embedded a lot of their user experience into the release, and have onboarded as maintainers!
