Hera's New "Getting Started" Docs!

Since getting Hera V5 over the line, we saw a need from the community for better documentation, so we've been working away at creating a comprehensive walkthrough guide to help you get started with Hera!

Firstly, there's a Quick Start page to get you off the ground quickly, with a copy-and-paste-able "hello world" example that covers the requirements to get your workflow submitted to your Argo cluster.

Next, we have the Walk Through beginning with "About Hera" to describe the reasons we created this Argo SDK, and the high-level concepts behind Hera. We designed the walkthrough to closely mirror Argo's walkthrough while assuming minimal knowledge of Argo itself so that people new to both Argo and Hera can get up to speed alongside veterans of Argo. The walkthrough covers the key concepts you need to get started with meaningful workflow orchestration, with the "Advanced Features" section covering certain useful features that go beyond the scope of an initial guide - we will be updating and rearranging this "advanced" section as our documentation evolves.
