Issue:
time="2024-03-17T10:44:09Z" level=fatal msg="Error creating session store: open /var/lib/authservice/data.db: permission denied"

Expected:
It should not throw issue

Repro steps:
While deploying kubeflow, oidc-authservice is in crash loop back off.
