Motivation

By default dependabot will only ever open a maximum of 5 PRs at a time.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

We aren't always able to merge dependabot PRs right away so sometimes PRs aren't getting created for available updates that might be higher priority than the existing PRs.

Proposed Resolution

We should update our dependabot config to allow up to 10 open PRs at a time.
