Tried enabling CONFIG_HW_WATCHDOG from meta-balena balena-os/meta-balena#1349
but this change needs to be handled in each BSP separately unfortunately.

Probably CONFIG_OMAP_WATCHDOG in u-boot

@ZubairLK is this issue intended for having watchdog available in u-boot or in userspace?
