[Enhancement] Add a field to add (short) notes to banned and approved sender list

To keep track of why an address/domain was added to the banned or approved sender list, it would be nice to have a (limited) note-field where a short description can be entered.
That way, keeping track of why items are on a list, especially with larger teams, will be easier.
