Feature request: DMARC report aggregation support

With the prominence and popularity of BIMI just around the corner, DMARC needs to be taken seriously by various organisations. To do so, admins need a facility to aggregate the DMARC reports provided by various email providers, so they can make sense of the reports and fix issues, before setting a quarantine or reject policy on DMARC.

It would be excellent to have Baruwa support the ingestion of these DMARC reports for domains it manages, supplying the facility to Baruwa customers (and clients of Baruwa customers) through the Baruwa system. This will allow domains we filter for much easier implementation of DMARC compliance for their domains.
