Separate conformance checker feature

"I think at some point we should also have a standalone conformance checker (sort of like a https://jsonlint.com/ kind of thing). I've been asked by a couple people how to check IEEE conformance, and the only thing I can tell them at the moment is to start a new object, delete everything, and paste theirs in there. It would be nice to have a simpler conformance checking function."
