Templates with Execution Domain pre-populated (probably the most difficult domain). One for Galaxy, HIVE, and CLI. Possibly also for SB and DNAnexus if it's useful.
Eventually this might be a whole profile tied to a specific list of tools that can be chosen based on the platform that was picked.
