Hi!
I've been looking around black_candy, and the simplicity of the app is really nice.
I'd love to use this for my family, but we all listen to different music styles. What I would need is a way to specify a subfolder for each user. The music that's in a user's subfolder is not accessible to other users, and music that's outside of user subfolders is available to all.

Thanks!

Hi, I think this feature will be useful for some users, but black candy build on base structure of single music library. So implement multiple music library need a lot of work. The priority of this feature is low for me. I will let this issue open. If somebody wants to implement this feature, they can make a pull request, or If you want to implement this feature yourself. If I have time, maybe I will implement this myself.

What about a block/allow list in the user settings? That would then be filtered out (by the frontend?) for the user so that search results appear more in favor of the interest. Still, someone has to create that list themself.

It might be easier just to run multiple blackcandy instances via docker compose.

It is already possible to create playlists which kind of provide the feature in question but its work to do too.
