Is there a way to link OpenMittsu to Threema-Web?

I am looking for a way to run Threema-web without an Android client, and OpenMittsu seems to work fine on my Desktop. Thus if I could install Open-Mittsu on my home server and link (a maybe selfhosted) Threema-Web to it, it would be possible to use it on my Ubuntu Touch Phone easily.
