应该默认产生支持pwa的web app，提高体验 #62

这和create Blocklet本身无关，但和创建模版相关。

默认产生的应该都是pwa，支持offline使用，除了能提高web使用体验，还能改善钱包侧的体验。

Xmark 本身也应该默认支持pwa

李鹏有较多sw经验在这里有一定作用
