PTZ Control on a per user basis in addition to a per device

"Would it possible to include a feature so that administrators can allow or deny individual users to use PTZ controls, much in the same way as they can currently allow or deny individual users access to archived video, remote access client, web access client etc?

This would complement the existing ability to enable or disable PTZ access on a per camera basis."
