Apr 24, 2015:

- Add json and protobuf output options to afl-triage. With the new options,
  each crash is emitted as a single line, marshalled as either JSON or a
  protobuf "compact string", suitable for piping to another process.

- cwtriage - add -tidy flag to move crashes that don't repro in cwtidy directories

- cwtriage - change the location of tidied crashes. Now in .cwtidy inside the crash dir.

- -afl now picks up -m and -f options from README.txt
- (internal) crashwalk now dispatches job options per job instead of via global config
