Currently, the setup section in the readme is written from memory and might be outdated.

It would be nice if someone could reproduce this project given the kernel and the guidelines and document the steps taken during the setup phase.

In a PR, these steps should be added to the setup section of the readme as bullet points with clear instructions and possibly links to external projects if they have their own installation requirements.
